I studied art at Sarah Lawrenece College and the Boston Museum School, and have degrees in both art and mathematics. I have had several shows in New York, most recently at the Pheonix Gallery in SoHo. I am the 1997 winner of the BRIO Award of the Bronx Council of the Arts. I reside in the Bronx, and maintain a studio in lower Manhattan.

My art translates both the literal and the symbolic - whether it be DNA and protein crystals, papal power and pageantry, or Brazilian samba music - into a visual experience whose emphasis is on color and energy.
